Where can I find translations of the Game Manual?
Our games are sold with the English language, however digital translations of our rulebooks are available from our “Downloads” page when you sign up. We aim to grow our collection of available translations over time and for now we have French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
How can I request replacements for missing or defective products?
All of our games are shipped brand new and sealed. Occasionally, games may arrive with missing pieces due to manufacturing errors. We recommend that you check within 28 days of receipt whether anything is missing as we may not be able to assess claims beyond this period.

Will I be charged of customs and import charges?
Customers with orders shipping to the following locations will not have to pay any Import Duty:
* United States of America
* United Kingdom
* European Union
For all other locations, you may incur an Import Duty charge over which we
have no control. Please check the import rules and regulations for your
region before placing your order.
How long will my order take?
All orders are processed daily from the UK, Monday to Friday, with an estimated dispatch within 24 hours of order placement.
After dispatch the following transit times apply:
UK - Orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days
EU, Canada, USA - Orders typically arrive within 3-7 working days
Rest of World - 7-15 working days
