Refund policy

Order Cancellation: 
Customers may cancel orders up until the time of dispatch. 

If cancelled before dispatch, refunds for both goods and shipping costs will be paid out minus any payment processing fees already incurred by Alpha Omega Media Games. 
Once dispatched, orders already in transit cannot be changed or cancelled, and shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Returns: 
If you wish you return your order, all products must be unopened as in as-new condition.
Return shipping must be paid by the customer. 

When the returned items are received by Alpha Omega Media Games and verified as being in unopened and as-new condition, a refund will be paid out minus any payment processing fees already incurred by Alpha Omega Media Games.
Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Damaged Products: 
If your order arrives damaged, please immediately take photo evidence and send it to us at empire@aom.games. 
Based on the timely receipt of reasonable photo evidence, Alpha Omega Media Games will either ship a replacement order to you, or offer you a partial refund/discount on next order - to be decided by Alpha Omega Media Games on a case by case basis after assessment of the nature and severity of the damage.
