Refund policy

Order Cancellation: 
Customers may cancel orders up until the time of dispatch. 

If cancelled before dispatch, refunds for both goods and shipping costs will be paid out minus any payment processing fees already incurred by AOM Games. 

Once dispatched, orders already in transit cannot be changed or cancelled, and shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Returns: 
If you wish to return your order, all products must be unopened and in as-new condition. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. 

When the returned items are received by AOM Games and verified as being in an unopened and as-new state of condition, a refund will be paid out minus any payment processing fees already incurred by AOM Games. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Damaged Products: 
If your order arrives damaged, please immediately take photo evidence and send it to us at empire@aom.games

Based on the timely receipt of reasonable photo evidence, AOM Games will aim to ship a replacement order to you where deemed appropriate. AOM Games will decide on a case by case basis after assessment of the nature and severity of the damage.

Missing Parts: 
All of our games are shipped brand new and sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise. If there are any missing components due to manufacturing error, please let us know via email empire@aom.games and we will aim to send out a replacement part. Please verify that all components listed in the Game Manual are present upon receipt of delivery or within 28 days.
